Therapy Groups.
An advantage of being part of a therapy group is that you know you are not alone. Talking with other people who understand what it’s like, who have similar experiences or ways of coping can be very powerful and supportive. It is understandable to feel nervous or apprehensive about joining a group, so if you do have any concerns or would like to discuss the therapy groups I offer, please do contact me.
Groups are available either in person in Kegworth or online. If you would like to join a therapy group with me but have specific location requirements, please do contact me to see how we could work together.
Existential Groups.
This is a fortnightly online therapy group for trainee and qualified counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists. Together we explore our relationship with death and dying. Our rich sessions on this subject area are not dull or depressing, but enlivening and empowering. We focus on what dying can teach us about living and how we can enrich our attachments and live fully.
This is a closed group and will run for 10 sessions. There will be a maximum of 6 participants per group.

Creative Therapy Groups
In a closed group, we will creative explore hungers theory together and its impact on us and our relationships. There will be a maximum of 6 participants per group.
