Transactional Analysis Therapy.
I practice transactional analysis (TA) which is a form of talking therapy where the focus is on an individuals personal growth and change. Promoting wellbeing and assisting individuals on their journey to reach their full potential, TA is widely used and recognised as an effective and successful form of therapy.

We will work together using these principles.
Our initial session will be 30 minutes and free of charge. This session will be focussed on what you would like from therapy and whether we are able to work together to achieve this. This session will be a combination of questions and discussion.
If we decide to continue we will meet on a regular basis, usually weekly for 1 hour for £30.
Address Your Stress Group.
Are you feeling stressed, anxious or tense? Are the pressures of life wearing you out? Are you having panic attacks?
Address Your Stress is a small therapy group that meets every week for 6 weeks. The group meets for 2 hours and gives you time and space to talk, share and grow together.
The next Address your Stress Group starts Monday 6th January 2020 5pm until 7pm for 6 weeks. £30 per person per session. Booking is essential as places are limited. Contact me to reserve your place.
Friday Therapy Group.
Friday Therapy Group is a small therapy group open to anyone who feels they need support. Perhaps you are feeling anxious, depressed or stressed. You may be experiencing difficulties in your relationships. Perhaps you want to understand yourself better, increase your confidence and self esteem. Perhaps you are overwhelmed by feelings or pressures of modern life? This group gives you time to explore your feelings in a safe space. The group will share, grow and heal together.
The group meets every week for 6 weeks. Each session is 2 hours. The next Friday Therapy Group starts Friday 10th January 10am until 12noon for 6 weeks. £30 per person per session. Booking is essential as places are limited.
Bereavement & Loss Group.
The Bereavement and Loss group is a small therapy group that meets every week for 6 weeks. This group is for anyone who has experienced a bereavement or loss. A loss could be a person or it could be a relationship, pet or job. Grief is a painful process and affects everyone differently. This group is here to support each other through the grieving process and provide a safe space to talk through loss, share experiences and heal.
The group meets every week for 6 weeks. Each session is 2 hours. The next Bereavement and Loss Group starts Monday 17th February 2020 5pm until 7pm for 6 weeks. £30 per person per session. Booking is essential as places are limited.
