Transactional Analysis Therapy.
I practice transactional analysis (TA) which is a form of talking therapy where the focus is on an individuals personal growth and change. Promoting wellbeing and assisting individuals on their journey to reach their full potential, TA is widely used and recognised as an effective and successful form of therapy.

We will work together using these principles.
Our initial session will be 30 minutes and free of charge. This session will be focussed on what you would like from therapy and whether we are able to work together to achieve this. This session will be a combination of questions and discussion.
If we decide to continue we will meet on a regular basis, usually weekly for 1 hour for £30.
