Therapy Groups.

An advantage of being part of a therapy group is that you know you are not alone. Talking with other people who understand what it’s like, who have similar experiences or ways of coping can be very powerful and supportive. It is understandable to feel nervous or apprehensive about joining a group, so if you do have any concerns or would like to discuss the therapy groups I offer, please do contact me.

At the moment, I offer two therapy groups. These are face to face from my practice rooms in Kegworth. Free off street parking is available. Access to the room involves steps.

If you would like to join a therapy group with me but have specific location requirements or are unable to attend face to face in Kegworth, please do contact me to see how we could work together.
